Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 7–20 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties DreamrDecor ships internationally from overseas suppliers. Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the following timeframes from the shipping date, please contact us and we'll investigate:
- Australia & United States: 45 days
- All other countries: 60 days
