Return & Refund Policy

At DreamrDecor, your satisfaction matters. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect if something goes wrong with your order.

No Physical Returns Required We don't ask you to ship items back. If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, you keep the item — we'll sort it out from our end.

What's Covered

We'll offer a full refund or replacement if:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective — the product itself is broken or not functioning as intended
  • Wrong item received — you received a different product, size, colour, or SKU than ordered
  • Item missing from your order — part of your order wasn't included
  • Order never arrived — if tracking shows no delivery after 45 days (for Australian and US orders) or 60 days (for all other countries), we'll resend or refund

What's Not Covered

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Damaged packaging where the product itself is intact and working
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Orders older than 90 days from the date of purchase

How to Make a Claim

Contact us at dreamrdecor@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo or short video showing the issue (e.g., the defect, wrong item, or damaged product)
  3. For wrong items: a photo of the received item, its packaging, and the shipping label

We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Some products (such as pre-order items) cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

Non-Delivery Claims

If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you didn't receive it, a non-delivery certification from your local postal authority will be required to process a claim.
